Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened press-on nail sets, used or worn press-on nails, items with removed or damaged packaging, custom or personalized orders, sale items, and gift cards are not returnable.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
